No. 

Morbit ciphers take plaintext, convert it to Morse code and then cipher the result into numbers.

Since the Morse Code plates are at the beginning or “easy” stage of the installation, it would be a stretch to imagine a plaintext-Morse Code-Morbit-2nd cipher allowing number to letter substitution which would then result in apparent plaintext English.

I believe they call that “really unlikely”.
