FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT REQUEST

Dear CIA Freedom of Information Act Officer:

Under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. subsection 552, I am requesting information or records concerning the FOIA request F-2006-00005.

Basically, I am particularly interested in receiving the same documents or photos that were released for this FOIA request.  My hope was that it would make my own request easier to fill.  I would also like to identify the requester for the previous FOIA request if possible but that’s just because I’m snoopy.

This request falls into the fee category “Representatives of the News Media” because I write and publish a public blog on focusing in particular on Kryptos (kryptosfan.wordpress.com). I agree to pay up to $30 for statutory costs associated with this request but I would also like to suggest that this request may qualify for a fee waiver.  Everything I get is going online so that everyone with an interest in Kryptos may freely view it at their leisure and hopefully discuss any pertinent revelations.  Hopefully something will spark a solution to the fourth part and we can all move on with our lives.
