Nah, you’ll just have to trust me.  It basically involves picking a distance between letters and counting off the letters and keep wrapping your way through the text.

I found a program online that lets you do it very, very quickly.  This is basically a transposition so it doesn’t actually do us any good for a complete K4 solution but as with most of the transpositions, this doesn’t preclude it from being used in conjunction with some type of substitution.
