This was my last trial to solve Kryptos by this method.

For number ten, I did a spiralling-inward route transposition.

I found “cake” and “dump is a”.  If I was crazy, I’d take the “dump is a” as an indicator of a dead-drop on-site.  I’m not so I’ll leave it as a humorous artifact.
